In this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure challenge is laid against the order dated 23rd December, 2016 passed by the learned Asst. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Track Court, Bhadrak in S.T. No.61/260 of 2016, whereby the petition for discharge of the petitioner was rejected invoking the provisions of Section 227 of Cr.P.C. having regard to the alleged offences under Sections 498-A, 307 & 294 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

During the course of hearing, a memo has been filed by Ms. Bhaktisudha Sahoo, the learned counsel for the petitioner today seeking permission for withdrawal of this CRLMC. The said memo is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid memo filed, this CRLMC stands disposed of as withdrawn.
