This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Being aggrieved by the order dated 2.02.2022 passed in Bail Application No. 85 of 2022 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhadrak imposing cash security of Rs.5000/- (Rupees five thousand) as one of the conditions while directing release of the petitioners, the present CRLMA has been filed. 4.
It is submitted that though order was passed on 2.02.2022 the petitioners were not able to avail the order as they were not able to furnish the cash security as imposed because of their penury.

Taking into account the recitals in the writ petition and submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the cash security is reduced to a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees five hundred).

The impugned order accordingly stands modified and the CRLMA stands disposed of.
