This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Being aggrieved by the order dated 7.10.2021 passed in Bail Application No. 1042 of 2021 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhadrak imposing cash security of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) as one of the conditions while directing release of the petitioners, the present CRLMA has been filed.

It is submitted that though order was passed on 7.10.2021 the petitioner was not able to avail the order as he was not able to furnish the cash security as imposed because of his penury.

Taking into account the recitals in the writ petition and submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the cash security is reduced to a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees five hundred).

The impugned order accordingly stands modified and the CRLMA stands disposed of.
