2. The present contempt has been filed for the alleged non-compliance of the order dated 21.01.2019 passed in W.P.(C) No.1015 of 2019.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a Memo on 12.05.2022 indicating therein that the petitioners do not want to press this present contempt and prays for unconditional withdrawal of the same.

4. In view of the Memo filed, the contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
