Considering the petition averments and upon hearing learned counsel for the Petitioner as also learned counsel for the State, the word "Kujanga" mentioned in 8th line of 3rd paragraph of the order dated 28.07.2022 be read as "Erasama". In view of the above, the time period for surrender of the Petitioner in the court below is extended by four weeks with effect from today.
