1. Heard Mr.Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Ms.Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

2. The challenge in the present petition is the order of cognizance dated 16th July, 2009 for the offence under Section 420/34 IPC.

3. Upon hearing both parties, I do not find any illegality in the said order, and not incline to interfere with the same particularly after thirteen years.

4. Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed.
