Mr. Rout, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and Order No.

submits, prayer of his client is for disbursement of money in favour of 350 disengaged resource persons, for their outstanding remuneration. 2.

Mr. Acharya, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of the department and submits, petitioner had made representation dated 25th June, 2021, copy of which is annexure-10. The department will consider and deal with the representation. There be direction to that effect.
