2. By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks to quash the entire proceeding of the case in connection with Kujanga P.S. Case No.261 of 2015 corresponding to Special G.R. Case No.40 of 2015 pending before the court of learned Special Judge, Jagatsinghpur. No interim stay has been granted in this case and keeping in view the case is of the year 2016 and there is no point in keeping the CRLMC alive, which is accordingly dismissed.
