This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.
Heard Mr. A. Bhoi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Zafarulla, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 3.
According to Mr. Bhoi, the petitioner, who happens to be the informant in Colliery P.S. Case No.354 of 2020 corresponding to Special (POCSO) Case No.64 of 2020 pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court, POCSO Act, Angul is aggrieved by the delay in conclusion of trial in the above noted case. In this context, re relies on Sub-Section (2) of Section 35 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Considering the innocuous nature of prayer made, this CRLMP is disposed of with a direction to the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court, POCSO Act, Angul to make all endeavours to complete the trial in the above noted case in accordance with law by the end of this year, if there is no other impediment. 5.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
