02. 1. This matter is taken up through Virtual Mode.
2. The petitioner, a Partnership Firm, has laid challenge to the Demand Notice dated 06.06.2017 issued under Section 13 (2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, whereby the outstanding liability in the loan account to the tune of Rs.2,31,44,714.40 due as on 18.05.2017 has been recalled.
3. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner realizing that the writ petition against such a notice would not be maintainable, prays for permission to withdraw the writ petition.
4. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
5. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the
