Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

In view of the compliance with the order dated 08.09.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.25524 of 2021, Mr. B.K. Dash, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party contemnor and filed a letter indicating that the contemnor has already been complied the order of this Court and to that effect a copy of the letter filed in Court today. The same is accepted and be kept on record.
