This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

On perusal of the case record, it appears that the Appellant has been alleged for commission of offence under Section 6 of POCSO Act along with other allied offences. Charge-sheet has also been filed under the POCSO Act, therefore, the nomenclature of the case should be BLAPL.

Learned counsel for the Appellant prays that he may be permitted to change the nomenclature of the case. 4.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary correction in the matter by changing the nomenclature of the case from 'CRLA' to 'BLAPL' and assigned with a new number.
