In view of the order passed today in CMAPL No. 284 of 2022, this writ petition is restored to file. 3.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the inaction of Opposite Parties in providing information under the provisions of R.T.I. Act, 2005.

On perusal of the case record, it appears that the Petitioner has filed a second appeal before the Central Information Commission, but the defects pointed out in filing such appeal have not been removed.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may pursue her remedy before the 2nd Appellate Authority. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
