This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard Mr. Kali Prasanna Mishra, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner, Mr.

Dharanidhar Nayak, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the informant and Mr. Arupananda Das, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State of Odisha.

The petitioner Abdesh Raj Panda and the informant Mrs. A.S.Priyambada Behera are present in person.

Since this case arises out of a matrimonial dispute, this Court vide order dated 20.04.2022

// 2 // directed the petitioner Abdesh Raj Panda to visit the informant's house within a week with prior intimation to her and bring her back to his place of abode in a dignified manner. Today, a joint affidavit has been filed by the petitioner and the informant wherein in paragraphs 4 and 5, it is stated as follows : "4. That we the husband and wife. Our marriage was solemnized on 09.12.2020.

However, there were some miscommunication/ misunderstanding between us and thereby the informant (wife) has filed the F.I.R. against the petitioner and in-laws.

5. That as per the direction of Hon'ble Court, we were staying together before and hereby after, we stay together in nearby future as a husband and wife."

The joint affidavit filed by the parties in Court today is taken on record.

The petitioner Abdesh Raj Panda and the informant Mrs. A.S.Priyambada Behera, who are present in Court today, stated that they will stay together as husband and wife and make every endeavour to lead a happy conjugal life.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties, since the case arises out of a matrimonial dispute and the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties as per the joint affidavit filed by both the parties in Court

// 3 // today and the fact that the petitioner has been granted interim protection since 07.04.2021 and there is no material that he has misutilized his liberty, the interim order dated 07.04.2022 is made absolute. The ABLAPL stands disposed of.
