Dharanidhar Nayak, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the informant and Mr. Arupananda Das, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State of Odisha.
The petitioners are the parents -in-law of the informant. Since this case arises out of a matrimonial dispute and the dispute between both the husband
// 2 // and wife has been amicably settled between them as per the joint affidavit filed by both the parties in ABLAPL No. 2790 of 2022 and the fact that the petitioners have been granted interim protection since 07.04.2021 and there is no material that they have misutilized their liberty, the interim order dated 07.04.2022 is made absolute.
The ABLAPL stands disposed of.
