Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. T. Patnaik, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State. 3.

As it appears, against the order impugned dated 13.01.2015, the petitioner has already moved the Central Government by filing an application under Section 30(1) of the MMDR Act on 13.03.2015, which has been registered as RA No.22/(21)/2015-RC-1 by the Central Government.

Since the petitioner has taken recourse to alternative remedy by approaching the statutory authority, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue RA No.22/(21)/2015-RC-1 before the authority. 5.

With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
