This writ petition involves the following prayer: "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that Your Lordship would be graciously pleased to admit this application, issue notice to the Opp.Parties and after hearing the parties, direct the Opp.Parties, i.e. Opp.Party No.4 to consider the prayer of the petitioners and take decision or any action on the said application dated 28.02.2022 filed by the petitioner No.2 under Annexure-4 within a stipulated period of time as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper;"

Considering the submissions made by the parties and as a representation at the instance of the Petitioners on the selfsame issue is still pending before the Opposite Party No.4, this Court without expressing any opinion on the claim of the Petitioners, directs the Opposite Party No.4 to consider the representation at the instance of the Petitioners vide Annexure-4 and take a lawful decision in the

// 2 // matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto and also involving the parties likely to be affected.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioners.
