1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. In this writ petition, the petitioners have challenged the 'e' procurement notice no.NID-08/2015-16 in respect of improvement of Kunapur Distributary from RD 0.500 KM to 2.80 KM and renovation of 6 numbers of outlets for 2016-17 at Sl. No.38 of the said notice under Annexure-5.

4. Since the aforesaid period has already been over, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.

5. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
