In compliance of the order dated 29.07.2022, Mr. R.K. Kanungo, learned counsel appearing for opposite party no.1 states that the opposite party-institution has already complied the order of this Court.

Mr. S. Bose, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has no instruction with regard to the submission made by the counsel appearing for opposite party no.1.

Mr. T.K. Satapathy, learned counsel for opposite party no.3 states that if the norms of the UGC have been complied with, nothing more remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.
