1. This petition was filed way back on 27th February, 2020 and till date almost two years later the defects pointed out by the Registry have not been cured. But for the fact these old petitions were directed by the Court to be listed, the Petitioner's counsel would not have made any effort to get it listed.

2. The subject matter of the petition is about construction of a market complex on so-called 'Gochar' land. Admittedly, as stated in the petition at the time of its filing in February 2020, the market complex was already half constructed. By now the construction should have been completed.

3. The Petitioner's counsel, by his own omission, has made \it impossible for this court to grant the Petitioner any meaningful relief.

4. The writ petition is dismissed.
