Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

In course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by Mr.S.N.Das, learned counsel for the Contemnors that in the meantime, there has been disposal of the representation at the instance of the Petitioner in terms of the direction in W.P.(C) No.18468/2021.

Ms.K.R.Choudhury, learned counsel for the Petitioner is not satisfied with the manner of disposal of the representation of the Petitioner.

This Court observes, there was no specific direction in the manner of disposal of the representation. The clarification attached
// 2 // to the Writ Petition was left to be considered by the Competent Authority. In the event, the Petitioner remains dissatisfied with the manner of disposal of the representation, it may be open to the Petitioner to approach under appropriate Petition. 5.
The Contempt Petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
