The present contempt has been filed for the alleged violation of the order dated 18th September, 2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.16301 of 2019, whereby the authority was to hear the petitioner and pass a fresh reasoned order in case he appeared before the authority in respect of the demand raised for the mining lease of Chhuinpali Quartzite Mines.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present Contempt Petition.
