2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. The Petitioner is in custody since 2nd October, 2021. It is alleged that the Petitioner along with two other persons were selling brown sugar in a public place when they were apprehended. Though, it is submitted that the entire contraband was seized from the possession of only one of the accused person, yet having regard to the materials on record to show that the Petitioner was also actively involved along with the coaccused persons in selling contraband, which is more than
