Heard Mr. A.N. Pattanayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. K.K. Das, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 3.

In this application the Petitioner seeks extension of his interim bail period on the ground of illness of his wife. 4.

Upon hearing both parties and perusal of the medical prescriptions under Annexure-1, I am not inclined to extend the period of interim bail. Accordingly the prayer for extension is rejected. 5.

The I.A. is dismissed.
