Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the representation of the Petitioner pending, vide Annexure-3, this Court finds, it involves recounting of votes in the election of the Gram Panchayat Ward Member. For efflux of time, the request, vide Annexure-3 has gone infructuous. The Writ Petition is no more entertainable and stands dismissed. 3.
It is however made clear that in the event the Petitioner has any other legal remedy may avail for the purpose. (Biswanath Rath) Judge M.K.Rout
