This writ petition involves the following prayer: "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that your Lordships may graciously be pleased to, Admit the Writ Petition;
And Direct the Opp. Parties No.3 to pay the arrear pension to the Petitioner under the Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme (IGNOAPS) or Madhu Babu Pension Yojana, as per the scheme from the date when the Petitioner became eligible for the same;
And Pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

Considering the submissions made by the parties and as a representation at the instance of the Petitioner on the selfsame issue is still pending before the Opposite Party No.3, this Court without expressing any opinion on the claim of the Petitioner, directs the Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-2 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner. 4.
