It appears, depending on the disposal of the writ petition vide Order No.

W.P.(C) No.32872 of 2021, the Petitioner has made a request to the State Bar Council. It is claimed that there is no decision on this aspect by the Opposite Party Nos.1 to 3 as yet. This Court finds, copy of the representation vide Annexure-2 has been received by the competent authority since 11.02.2021. In the event any such application at the instance of the Petitioner is still pending, the Opposite Party No.1 is directed to take up the issue raised by the Petitioner and pass a lawful order in terms of the direction of this Court in W.P.(C) No.32872 of 2021, but however, involving the Opposite Party Nos.2 & 3. 2.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner.
