1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner claims that the Petitioner has shifted her location at another site and at the old site, she is not allowed to operate. He states that the Petitioner has already paid the licence fee and is only seeking the relief of waiver of MGQ .

2. For that purpose, the Petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the Excise Commissioner not later than 1st February 2023, and if so made, such application will be considered on merits and disposed of within a period of three months. Till such time, no coercive steps shall be taken against the Petitioner for recovery of such demanded amount.

3. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Issue urgent certified copy of this order as per rules.
