This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.S.Palit, learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Parties. 3.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that he has filed a detailed representation before the Secretary, Odisha Legislative Assembly, Bhubaneswar on 10.01.2022 under Annexure2 highlighting his grievance, which is pending for consideration since long.

Mr.Palit, learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Party No.1 has no objection if a direction is issued to the Opposite Party No.1 to consider and dispose of the representation within a stipulated period of time strictly in accordance with law. 5.

In such view of the matter, the writ application is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation of the Petitioner within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

// 2 // Further, the Opposite Party No.1 is directed to dispose of the same strictly in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order. The decision so taken on the representation of the Petitioner shall be communicated to the Petitioner within two weeks thereafter. 6.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
