Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Bari-Ramchandrapur P.S.

Case No.246 of corresponding to C.T. Case No. 2323 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur for commission of alleged offences under sections 498-A, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the State on instruction submitted that on completion of investigation, charge sheet has been

// 2 // submitted, but not against any of the petitioners, In view of such submission, since there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioners, this anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.
