2. It is stated at the Bar, against the rejection of tender for grant of quarry lease on account of "insufficient solvent" vide Annexur-2 dated 05.11.2021, appeal lies.

3. Therefore, Mr. S.K. Dalai, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner may be be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authority.
