This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for extension of the interim bail period of the petitioner as per order dated 09.09.2022.

After going through the averments taken in the interim application and on hearing the learned counsel for the respective parties, I am not inclined to extend the interim bail period of the petitioner. The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh bail application in the court below taking such grounds which will be considered on its own merit in
