Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 07.03.2022 in connection with M. Rampur P.S. Case No.233 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.451 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., M. Rampur for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 493/417/323/294/506 of IPC.

As it appears, the petitioner and the victim had love relationship and wanted to marry each other, but the same could not be materialized due to objection from the side of his family.

Having regard to the above facts, submissions made and the materials on record, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and
conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
