This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The sole grievance of the Petitioner in the present writ petition is that he has preferred a writ petition against the order of the Opposite Party No.3, which is pending for final adjudication. However, during pendency of the writ petition, the Authority issued a notice of recovery of EPF dues by attaching the bank account of the Petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Court directs the Opposite Parties that recovery of the dues against the Petitioner shall be kept in abeyance till the review petition is disposed of. Further, the Authority is directed to review the application filed by the

// 2 // Petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks.

With the above observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
