Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioners have been arrested in connection with Banapur P.S. Case No.27 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.36 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Banapur for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 395 of IPC.

Having regard to the submissions made, the materials on record, the period of detention already undergone and the fact that similarly placed co-accused persons have already been released on bail, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioners be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that they shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting

of the case without fail. Further they shall appear before the IIC of Khallikote Police Station once on every Monday at 10.30 A.M. till submission of final form.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
