Learned counsel for the petitioner no.1 submits that the petitioner no.1 approached the Investigating Officer and produced the order but the same was not accepted.

Let a copy of the order dated 19.04.2022 be furnished to the learned counsel for the State, who in turn shall send the same to the Inspector in-charge of Jajpur Sadar police station and the Investigating Officer shall mention about the order in the case diary
