This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call so also no one had appeared on 30.09.2022. This Court by an order passed on 13.01.2017 has directed the petitioner to implead the complainant as opposite party but despite availing opportunities till 30.09.2022, the petitioner has failed to comply the same.

In view of the above development, it pre-supposes that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the CRLMC is dismissed.
