This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

The Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order dated 31.08.2019 and to issue direction to the Opposite Parties to allow him to continue in his post by regularizing his service by implementing the decision in pursuance of the order dated 13.11.2017 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the Petitioner has made representation to the Opposite Party No.3, vide Annexure-4 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which, learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.3 to consider the representation filed by the Petitioner vide Annexure-4, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 6.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
