This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.3 for extension of the minimum guaranteed benefits as recommended by the Commission/ High Power Committee in its report and the scheme framed there upon (CFH Scheme-1994) so also the stipulation made in the engagement order within a stipulated time. He seeks further direction to the opposite parties to extend the benefits available under the report of the Commission/ High Power Committee on retrospective effect. 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representation before the opposite party no.3- Secretary, Management Committee, CF & H Scheme, PPT, Jagatsinghpur vide Annexure-4, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time. 5.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.3 to consider the representation filed

by the petitioner vide Annexures-4 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
