This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to the Tahasildar, Kalamunda-Opposite Party No.2 for disposal of Mutation Case No.713 of 2018 within a stipulated period and issue corrected R.O.R. in his favour.

The matter was listed on 5th April, 2022 on which date learned State Counsel sought for an adjournment to take instruction with regard to the status of the said mutation case. 4.
Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel, on instruction, submits that due to pendency of the civil suit, the Mutation Case No.713 of 2018 has already been dropped vide order dated 20th January, 2021 passed by the Tahasildar, Kalamunda in the district of Kalahandi.

In that view of the matter, the prayer made in this writ petition cannot be granted.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may work out his remedy in accordance with law.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
