On perusal of the petition filed for modification of order dated 11.11.2021 and upon hearing the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the prayer made in the petition for extension of time for the Petitioner to surrender before the Court in seisin of the case is hereby allowed. The Petitioner is permitted to surrender before the Court below within three weeks from today.
