Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.

It appears, the writ petition was dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order. Considering that there is repeated latches on the part of the petitioner, this Court while inclining to condone the delay by order dated 16.03.2022, also imposed a cost of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand). Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner brings to the notice of the Court that in the meantime the cost has already been paid in terms of the order dated 16.03.2022. Learned counsel appearing for the contesting opposite party also admits the same. 3.

In the circumstance and for the reasoning assigned, this Court is satisfied to accept the claim of the petitioner for allowing the CMAPL thereby restoring W.P.(C).No. 6068 of 2006 to its original file. 4.

Put up the writ petition before the appropriate Bench. 5.

CMAPL stands disposed of.
