2. Heard Mr. A. Patnaik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. J.R. Deo, learned counsel for the opposite party. 3.

In compliance to the order dated 16.03.2022, the petitioner has not participated in the price bid, which was held on 21.03.2022. Had it been participated in the same, it could have been abided by the result of Writ Appeal No.300 of 2022 which is pending before the Division Bench of Andhra Pradesh High Court. 4.

Since the petitioner, having not participated in the price bid, has forgone its claim before the opp. parties, any decision taken by Andhra Pradesh High Court in the aforesaid Writ Appeal will be applicable for future benefit.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of on the aforementioned observation.
