1. The Petitioners' representation (Annexure-2) will be examined by the Collector, Deogarh and after issuing notice to the Petitioners as well as Opposite Party Nos.3 and 4 and after giving them a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed on such representation not later than 5th December 2022, and the order be made available to the parties within a week thereafter. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.
