This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order taking cognizance dated 17th May, 2013 passed by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Cuttack in SPL. G.R. Case No.71 of 2010.

It appears that postal requisites for issuance of notice to Opposite Party No.2 have not been filed.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks adjournment of the case.

I am not inclined to adjourn the case further, since it is a case of the year 2015.

Hence, the CRLMC stands dismissed.

However, liberty is given to the Petitioner to challenge the proceeding, if the same is pending, by filing an appropriate petition in appropriate stage, if so advised. 8.

Interim order dated 4th February, 2015 passed in Misc. Case No.272 of 2015 stands vacated.
