As a last chance, three weeks time is granted to the Opposite Party/Contemnor to comply with the order passed by this Court and file an affidavit in the aforesaid time, failing which the Contemnor shall be liable to be proceeded with under the contempt's of Court Act by holding that he has deliberately violated this Court's order. 3.
