Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

In course of submission, it has been brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Proceeding, vide Annexure-2 appears to be pending. The only apprehension of the Petitioner appears to be while taking decision in disposal of E.C. No.361/21-22, the Tahasildar may not be taking care of the corresponding plot through Annexure-1. Support to this claim is made on the basis of refusal of the information involving and change in numbering of such plots taking place in the meantime through Annexure-4 but claimed to be in exercise of power the RTI Act.

It is keeping in view the apprehension of the Petitioner, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition observes, in the event the E.C. Proceeding is still pending, the same shall be disposed of subject to the Petitioner bringing all such information through her objection with material support taking final decision in such matter taking into account the claim of the Petitioner being based on material support.
