This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.

Mr. Debadutta Mohapatra, learned counsel on behalf of Mr. R. Achary, learned counsel for the petitioner files the deficit authentication fee in Court today along with a memo. The same be tagged to the case records.

Heard Mr. Debadutta Mohapatra, learned counsel on behalf of Mr. R. Achary, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 4.

According to Mr. Mohapatra, the petitioner is aggrieved by the non-disposal of C.M.C. No.48 of 2018 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Bhubaneswar which arose from an application filed under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence, Act, 2005. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to the learned J.M.F.C., Bhubaneswar to conclude the above noted proceeding within a stipulated time period.

Considering the innocuous nature of prayer made, this

// 2 // CRLMP is disposed of with a direction to the learned J.M.F.C., Bhubaneswar to make all endeavours to dispose of the above noted case i.e. C.M.C. No.48 of 2018 in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no other impediment.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
