Heard Mr. A. Bhoi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Zafarulla, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 2.

According to Mr. Bhoi, the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the authorities in disposing of the Criminal Misc. Case No.08 of 2022 pending before the Executive Magistrate-cumTahasildar, Dhamnagar (opposite party No.8). 3.

Considering the submissions made and since the said application is made under the provisions of Section 144 of Cr.P.C., the Executive Magistrate-cum-Tahasildar, Dhamnagar is directed to make all endeavours to dispose of the above noted case in accordance with law within a period of 60 (sixty) days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the parties of the above noted case, if there is no other impediment.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
