3. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks to quash the order of Principal, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Chandimal in the District of Bhadrak dated 07.04.2021.

3. Leaned counsel for the Central Government submits that since the matter referred to CGIT, this Writ Petition is rendered infructuous.
